Setting the financing model
We will agree on the split of the costs between the company and the employee (50/50, 70/30, or 100%).
Your company access code
Employees will receive a unique code. The platform automatically tracks usage.

How do you choose the right coach or mentor?
We recommend reviewing our coaches’ profiles and choosing someone with experience in the area you’d like to address. With some coaches, you can also arrange a short, no-obligation introductory consultation (about 20–30 minutes)—always based on the information in their profile.
What are coaching and mentoring?
Coaching is a collaborative process focused on your goals, decision-making, and change—the coach guides you through questions and structured sessions. Mentoring relies more on the mentor’s experience, who can offer specific insights, tips, and practical advice. Our coaches often combine both approaches. It is not therapy, crisis intervention, or a medical service.
How long does the consultation last?
A standard consultation lasts 60 minutes.
Where does the consultation take place?
Primarily viavideo call. If a particular coach offers in-person consultations, you can arrange this directly with them on the spot.
How many consultations do I need?
It depends on the topic. Sometimes 1–3 consultations are enough (for a specific decision), while in other cases a longer-term collaboration makes more sense. We recommend starting with an initial consultation and then deciding how to proceed based on your needs.
How do reservations work – when does the reservation become binding?
Submit a request for a date via the booking form. The date is confirmed once the coach/mentor explicitly confirms it.Until then, it is a tentative reservation.
How much does it cost, and where can I see the price?
The price is transparent: 1,800 CZK per 60 minutes.
How does payment work (self-pay / corporate plan / combination)?
- Self-payers:You must pay in advance when making your reservation.
- Corporate Program:Your company covers the cost in accordance with the contract with KoučLink (you typically make reservations using an access code).
- Payment arrangement:The company covers part of the cost and you cover the rest—you pay your share at the time of booking.
How do I change or cancel an appointment (24-hour cancellation policy)?
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment no later than 24 hours in advance by emailing the specific coach or mentor directly.
- Cancellation ≥ 24 hours in advance:We will offer an alternative date or a refund of the amount you paid.

Is the consultation confidential?
Yes. The content of the consultation is confidential, and the coach/mentor is bound by a confidentiality agreement. If the consultation is part of a company program, the company may only receive information regarding the use of the service (for record-keeping and billing purposes), but never the content of the consultation.
