Jana Kalenská, M.A.

I help people at a crossroads in their lives clarify their direction and make concrete decisions they can stand behind. I combine self-development coaching with my experience in education, the corporate world, and entrepreneurship.

  • searching for a career path, personal calling, or a change in role

  • How to Navigate Parenting While Staying True to Yourself
  • Building self-confidence and dealing with inner insecurity

  • Achieving work-life balance, weight loss, a new lifestyle
  • Communicating with a teenager
  • When you don't know what's going on with you – menstruation – parenthood, perimenopause, menopause

Professional Experience

I started my own business and launched the project "Life in the World After Parental Leave," where I highlight opportunities for travel and language learning. I teach English privately to adults and teenagers, and I also work as an English teacher at SŠGS Nová Paka High School.

I worked with young people and volunteers through the Erasmus+ program at the nonprofit organization EDDA, and I served as an instructor and coach for the “Find Your Calling” course as part of the Children of the Future project . I have long been dedicated to supporting young people as they make decisions about their future; I am well aware of the pressures of the school system and the expectations of those around them, and I help them find their own path.

I have experience in both corporate settings and as a freelancer, which allows me to approach professional topics from multiple perspectives. I participate in Erasmus+ training programs and Workaway volunteer programs, which broaden my horizons in many areas. I also draw on my extensive experience from studying, working, traveling, and living abroad (e.g., the United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Latin America).

I focus on topics related to health, nutrition, and well-being for women over 40; I regularly attend courses on these topics and draw on my own experiences as well.

Another advantage is the ability to communicate in English as well.
