General Information on the SESSION and Client Consent
You’re coming to a coaching or mentoring session (hereinafter referred to as a “SESSION”) because you’re looking for a change.
To ensure that our collaboration is as effective as possible, it is important that both parties are aware of their rights and obligations.
I. Ethical Principles
I work in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), which ensures a high standard of professional care and protects your rights.
II. Client Rights
You may ask questions at any time regarding the course of the SESSION, the methods used, or my qualifications.
You may refuse any suggested technique or approach if it does not suit you.
You may end the SESSION at any time if you decide it is not right for you.
The SESSION is a collaborative effort—your active participation plays a key role in bringing about change.
III. Session Length and Price
The standard duration of a SESSION is 60 minutes. I do not offer SESSIONS in the sense of medical care; that is, I do not prescribe medication or adjust dosages—that is always the responsibility of your doctor, usually a psychiatrist.
SESSIONS are not covered by health insurance. They are covered in accordance with the terms and conditions.
V. Payment per SESSION
SESSIONS can be paid for in advance by credit card or bank transfer.
For SESSIONS, the client is billed in advance, and payment must be made before the SESSION takes place.
V. Online Session
Online SESSIONS are conducted via online applications. Once payment has been made, the client will receive a link to the session via email.
VI. Communication with the Coach/Mentor
I respond to emails, text messages, and missed calls within 48 hours on business days. In urgent cases, please contact me again.
VII. Your Responsibility
It is your responsibility to arrive on time for the SESSION. If you arrive late, the SESSION cannot be extended.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so as soon as possible by email.
IX. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are free of charge.
If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged half the price of the SESSION.
In the event of a no-show, you will be charged the full price of the SESSION.
SESSIONS may only be attended if you are mentally and physically fit. Clients will not be admitted if they are under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances.
X. Privacy Policy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.
By signing this consent form, you confirm that you have been informed about the processing of your personal data and consent to its processing in accordance with the GDPR and the Privacy Policy published on the website.
All data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
